if you're like me and new to cooking with barley, i bring you real simple's real tasty creamy barley with tomatoes and greens recipe. my head notes: i used spinach. and to reduce the fat and sodium from the brie and parmesan, i only used about a third of the cheese the recipe called for and then supplemented with a bit of plain, light soymilk. and i'm telling you, the results were yummy. now get to it and enjoy!
