hiii! i'm still going strong (kinda) with cooking and trying out new recipes, so i thought i'd share this gem by kevin of closet cooking. i've been trying to incorporate more frozen veggies into my meals to avoid having to trash (no, i don't compost) fresh produce for which i had good intentions. i was pleased at this first attempt: pasta with a (frozen) butternut squash-parmesan-sage-nutmeg mash. and using wheat pasta really brought out the nuttiness of the squash. wait, did that sentence even sound legit? yes? ok! get to it!
